ShreyFPV Productions ("we", "us", "our") is an FPV drone cinematography service based in India. This website, shreyfpvproductions.com, showcases our work and lets you contact us. This policy explains how we handle personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 together with its applicable rules.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the personal data you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, email address, project type, and message. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, sensitive personal data (such as financial information, health data, or government identifiers). Our web pages do not set tracking cookies.

3. Why we collect it (purpose & consent)

By submitting the contact form you consent to us using your details for one purpose only: responding to your enquiry and discussing your project. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or send marketing emails without your separate consent.

4. Who processes it

Form submissions are transmitted by Web3Forms (a form delivery service acting as a data processor) directly to our business email inbox. The website is served by our hosting/CDN provider, which may process standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.

5. Analytics

If enabled, we use privacy-preserving, cookie-free analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that count page visits in aggregate and do not identify or profile individual visitors.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, or as required by law, after which they are deleted.

7. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with modern security headers. Access to enquiry data is limited to the business owner. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable safeguards as required under Indian law.

8. Your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act you have the right to: access a summary of your personal data we hold; request correction or erasure of your data; withdraw consent at any time; nominate another individual to exercise your rights; and raise a grievance with us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

11. Drone footage & third parties

Our aerial filming is conducted under applicable DGCA regulations. If commissioned work incidentally captures identifiable individuals or private property, footage is handled under the client agreement and applicable law. Portfolio content on this site is published with the relevant client's permission.

12. Changes & governing law

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
